Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeNeat's services, website, applications, or any related products (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
Service Description
SafeNeat is a parental control platform that enables parents and guardians to monitor and manage their children's digital activity. The Service includes Android and Windows child device applications, a web-based parent dashboard, a mobile parent application, and related features such as screen time management, app control, web filtering, location tracking, and alert notifications.
User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
SafeNeat offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The price is shown in your local currency before you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period end. You can cancel at any time: in your Apple Account settings if you subscribed on iOS, in Google Play subscriptions if you subscribed on Android, or from the Billing page of your SafeNeat account if you subscribed on our website. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you start a paid subscription while a free trial is still running, the paid period begins immediately and any remaining trial days are forfeited. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases are handled under their respective policies. For purchases made on our website, consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days under applicable consumer protection law; contact info@safeneat.com.
Parental Consent & Responsibility
By using SafeNeat, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose device is monitored. You consent to the collection and processing of your child's device data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your child about the monitoring in an age-appropriate manner. You agree to use SafeNeat only for legitimate parental supervision purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Use the Service to monitor any person without legal authority. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service. Use the Service for any illegal purpose. Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties. Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SafeNeat — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code — are owned by SafeNeat and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SafeNeat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SafeNeat is a supplementary tool and is not a substitute for active parental supervision. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@safeneat.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination, unless retention is required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
